Farina Mir: South Asian Studies Talk

The South Asia Program and the Big Ten's DISC (Digital Islamic Studies Curriculum) will be hosting a lecture next Thursday by Farina Mir, who is an associate professor in the History Department at the University of Michigan. Here are the details for the talk:

Farina Mir's first book won both the AHA and Association for Asian Studies book prizes in her field. Her talk will be of particular interest to anyone interested in religious reform movement or the use of literary sources, particularly in non-Western languages.
