For those who want to learn more about the U.S. Foreign Policy on Ukraine in the 20th Century, the Rutgers Undergraduate Society of History will be a hosting a professor talk with Rutgers University History Professor David Foglesong, an expert on U.S-Russian and U.S-Soviet Relations.
It is open to the Rutgers Community and is only in person.
