Graduate Student Bios

Ánh Adams (she/her) is a second-year PhD student with a major field in American History and a minor field in Women's and Gender History. She received a B.A. in History and Geography from Texas State University. Her current research explores the use of prison labor as a tool of rehabilitation and punishment in early 20th century women’s prisons in the United States.
