Admission Requirements
Applicants to the master’s degree program in Global and Comparative History should normally have a strong undergraduate GPA and compelling recommendation letters.
Application Procedures
Application materials should include:
- A completed online application form
- Transcripts from the colleges and/or universities the applicant has attended
- A personal statement of 1-2 pages describing why you are pursuing an MA in History
- A writing sample of at least 10-15 pages
- Two (2) letters of recommendation
- GRE scores (optional)
- The application fee

Deadline
We will begin reviewing applications for Fall admission on December 15. Applications submitted after December 15 will be considered on a rolling basis until April 1.
